Spring Grove Farm HOA Documents and Forms 

You can contact the Architectural Committee at acc.sgfhoa@gmail.com to submit an improvement application or complaint using the forms here. These PDF forms are fillable, and you can print them, but you cannot save them. If you cannot fill them in electronically, just print them and then fill them, and there is a word document version you can fill out and print. 

Electronic submission is encouraged. We have seen delays in mail delivery, including priority mail. The office will ultimately scan your request and email it to us, so you can speed the process if you submit electronically. 

• Download the form to your computer.  Open it with Adobe Reader or your preferred PDF application.  
• Fill out the form, print it, and sign it. 
• If you are submitting an improvement application, get your neighbors to sign your application to acknowledge that they are aware of your intentions and application.   
• Make a copy of your form for your records.

• Scan your signed form and email it to the ACC at acc.sgfhoa@gmail.com and CC the BOD at  springgrovefarm@gmail.com.  This is the quickest method, and it provides proof of submission. Request a reply to acknowledge receipt of your form.
• Submit your form in person to the ACC or BOD.
• Submit your form by a traceable delivery method to the HOA PO Box: Spring Grove Farm HOA ACC, P.O. Box 522, Sterling, VA 20167-0522.  A traceable delivery method provides proof to the sender that the package was delivered to its intended destination. Use a method that can deliver to a P.O. Box such as USPS services are described here: https://www.usps.com/ship/insurance-extra-services.htm .
